Our Mission
Our mission: Hudson Pride Connections, HPC, is a 501(c)3 bridging the gap in services and responding to the unmet needs of the lesbian, gay, bisexual, & transgender community, as well as HIV positive people of any orientation / identity, through supportive social services, prevention, outreach, advocacy and development trainings for other service providers, to educate, empower, and unite all of our communities.
Programs For Everyone's Needs
Our programs are expanding, and we can't wait to share them all with you. Stop by one of our new conversation groups, or come access services. We now have a new weekly Living Beyond group for people living with HIV / AIDS over 50, new weekly conversation groups for LGBT individuals over 50 in our Bridging Out series, expanded YouthConnect after-school program hours, and a huge news announcement about the return of HPC's buddy program through the TAB Program! In addition, the Center will feature a computer learning program, free public wireless internet access, and the LGBT / HIV library center. Be sure to drop by and pick up the Pride Connections Center Official Calendar!
